Barbara Schlichting

I live in northern MN and love to travel. I'm a bit of a dreamer. That started with all of my book reading as a kid. It started with Nancy Drew or was it, Fun with Dick and Jane? It's hard to say. I also have an English pen pal who does live in England, for about fifty-five years. We've traveled together. She's taught me to drink tea. I've taught her the difference between the boot and the trunk of a car. We do love ice cream.\n Outside of that, I have five grandchildren. I had taken three years of Norwegian in high school, and am now trying to learn to speak it again. Wish me luck!\nI read a lot, but not as much as I'd like. I'm currently reading Up Country by Nelson DeMille.
